Ubeda Sawda is an agile consultant executing enterprise agile and digital transformation programs in financial, automotive, insurance and mortgage sectors. She is a certified SAFe program consultant and an experienced Agile co-trainer.
In her training, she uses storytelling and training from the back of the room which makes the two-day course as workshop benefiting the attendees from her experience of leading many agile transformation programs from inception to execution.
Her understanding of other scaling frameworks like SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, LeSS, and XP help the participants to have a comparison between them and inspect the most suitable framework for their organizations need.
